006: COME AS YOU ARE: HOW TO REALLY BE IN YOUR BODY W/ SARIAH HOFFMAN

Sariah Hoffman believes that truth is fluid, our breath sends us internal messages, and we should all be moving our body a little bit more. A yoga instructor full of deep wisdom, compassion and spirituality, Sariah has helped her students, including yours truly, embrace the empowered feeling of honoring the body’s messages. She is passionate about helping people at any age, and in any body, express what is inside of them… through movement and trust.

Today we are diving into everything from discovering yourself through your chakras, understanding your body’s physical and mental reactions to triggers, and deciphering the ego to find comfort in your body. Sariah is advocating for all of us to appreciate our bodies more, love ourselves regardless of societal standards, and using our past to push us forward to become more whole individuals.

By viewing your body as a vehicle of empowerment and the embodiment of truth, you can shed the negative connotations you have been carrying and embrace your true self. It is time to take care of our bodies, our minds, and our hearts to more fully accept this journey we are on! Do you partake in the spiritual practice of yoga? Let us know in the comments!
